Who can exhibit:
For companies with an office in Germany as well as subsidiaries of German companies
Pricing:
space with stand construction: 175 Euro per sqm (minimum size 9 sqm)
Service package (2 sqm): 500 Euro (fixed price + registration fee)
one time registration fee: 240 Euro
sample calculation of certain space size with stand construction (all-inclusive stand packages)
9 m2: 1.815 Euro 16 m2: 3.040 Euro 20 m2: 3.740 Euro
Participation with all other stand sizes (min. 9 sqm) possible
Stand packages includes:
- Stand space & high-quality stand design with the bearing “Made in Germany”
- Furniture set of: 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 lockable sideboard, 1 lockable counter unit, 1 coat rack, 1 waste paper basket
- Flooring, company signboard, lighting & 1 electrical connection with 2 kw electricity
- Joint Lounge with beverage service (free of charge for exhibitors)
- Additional marketing promotion for exhibitors of German Pavilion
- Basic catalogue entry of official show catalogue
- Central position of the joint pavilion
- Technical and organizational support prior and during the event through the pavilion organizer
